Indulge in Holiday Bliss with Eggnog Dalgona Coffee


I tried dalgona coffee back when it was popular during the pandemic and although it takes a few (10-15) minutes of patience to whip up a glorious caramel, ooey, gooey coffee topping, it's worth the wait! ☕️

Now as a mom with an energetic toddler, I enjoy my morning cup of coffee as part of my morning routine.


This dalgona coffee is all holiday inspired with the substitution of eggnog instead of water, it's a bit sweeter as eggnog is sweet so pair this dalgona mix on top of some warm (or cold) milk to balance the sweetness.

Here is the recipe for my Eggnog Holiday Dalgona Coffee ☕️ 🎄🎁:

3 tbsp of instant coffee (this is super important, regular coffee grounds will not work as I discovered 😊)
3 tbsp of eggnog of your choice
3 tbsp of white granulated sugar (you might be able to use less, I haven't tried it but I know sugar is essential in creating that whipped caramel)

Blend until thick and caramel like, takes about 10-15 minutes. Serve ~2 tbsps over warm or cold milk!
