2 cups of heirloom tomatoes of different sizes and colors, cut into bite sizes
2 fresh Ontario peaches
1/2 cup of fresh fennel bulb, sliced
1/4 cup of fresh tarragon, dill, and chives, chopped
Feta
Olive oil
Coarse or flakey sea salt
White wine vinegar
Zest of 1 lime
Juice of 1 lime
Fresh cracked pepper
Add your fave grain like quinoa or farro to make it a meal.
