Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Copycat Latte

I'm not a big coffee drinker but I LOVE Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Lattes! Maybe because they taste like pumpkin pie ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽƒ I'm also starting to learn that as a mom, a little caffeine here and there offers a very welcomed boost of energy.

Try this copycat recipe and make your own Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Lattes at home. Because I'm using fresh pumpkin purรฉe, I actually stored the remaining syrup in an ice cube tray in my freezer so it stays fresh longer. In your fridge, this recipe should last about 3-5 days.

Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte

1 -1 1/2 cup of sugar depending on how sweet you like it

1 1/2 cups of water

6 cinnamon sticks

4 tbsp of pumpkin purรฉe

For the latte:

1 cup of Starbucks medium roast coffee

1/2 cup of whole milk or coconut cream

3 Tbsp of pumpkin spice syrup

Indulging in a homemade Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte is not just a treat for your taste buds but also a source of that much-needed energy boost for busy moms. By crafting this delightful beverage in your own kitchen, you can savor the flavors of fall anytime you like.
